Project Overview
A family-friendly panda and rainbow installation designed as a photo point for zoos, theme parks and shopping malls. Five cartoon pandas in playful poses climb and sit around a seven-color rainbow arch, creating an instant photo opportunity that draws foot traffic.
The Challenge
Photo-point installations must be structurally safe for children to touch and climb near, while keeping the cartoon characters consistent in style across multiple poses.
Our Solution
All panda figures share the same sculpted master mold with varied arm and leg positions for pose variety. The rainbow arch is internally braced with a steel frame and anchored through the cloud bases, which are weighted and bolted for stability. Finishes use non-toxic, food-safe-grade paints for child contact.
The Results
The installation is shipped as knock-down modules with an installation guide. The glossy, scratch-resistant finish is designed for high-traffic indoor and outdoor use.
