Project Overview
A whimsical cat character seated beneath a giant sunflower-trimmed hat canopy, flanked by smiling sunflower sculptures — a showpiece design for children's attractions, farm parks, garden centers and resort playgrounds.
The Challenge
The oversized hat doubles as a canopy, so it must be structurally sound as a shelter while keeping a light, playful appearance.
Our Solution
The hat canopy is supported by four A-frame legs with steel core pipes, and the sunflower garlands are molded as separate removable pieces for easy cleaning. The cat sits on a weighted base. Bright yellow gel coat with hand-painted details gives the set its sunny look.
The Results
A standout centerpiece that creates a natural photo zone and wayfinding landmark in large venues. Ships in modular parts with assembly hardware included.
